All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Orders from outside the UK from £12.50 tracked service, please email for a quote.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the Poppy Dog Gifts to file a claim

At Poppy Dog Gifts we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty.
Unless faulty, personalised items that have been made to order cannot be returned.
